Lindsay Lohan to Appear in Court on January 30th

"Liz & Dick" Los Angeles Premiere - Arrivals

It may be a new year, but it’s the same ol’ Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay pled not guilty to lying to cops regarding her car accident with a tractor trailer last June.  Lindsay’s longtime attorney Shawn Holley appeared on LiLo’s behalf today and is ‘”at this point” still representing Blohan. Holley’s attendance was a bit surprising, as TMZ reported Blohan fired her yesterday after retaining New York lawyer Mark Heller for both East and West Coast legal issues.

Apparently, Blohan had a change of heart (or a moment of clarity since Holley has saved her ass numerous times). Of course, she tried to say she wasn’t the one who made the decision – but her signature was on Holley’s walking papers.

Even the judge questioned whether Holley was currently still Blohan’s attorney to which Holley replied “At this point, yes.”   Then she assured the judge LiLo’s legal representation would be clarified by the January 30th court.

In the meantime, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office is still investigating charges against Lohan brought on by a Palm Beach psychic who accused the actress of punching her in the head at a NYC nightclub late last year.
