Jersey Shore’s Pauly D Spin-Off Series to Premiere in March
A small part of me just died a little. That’s because Jersey Shore’s Pauly D will be starring in his own spin-off series, aptly titled The Pauly D Project.
The show will debut on March 29th at 10:30pm on MTV (natch). Of course, it’s helping to give viewers their fill of Jersey Shore-ness, as Shore’s fifth season will wrap up on March 15 (the Ides of March, indeed).
Project will follow Pauly D (short for his last name, Delvecchio), in his quest to become a famous DJ. Highlights from the first season include him opening for Britney Spears‘ during her Femme Fatale tour and landing a record contract with 50 Cent’s G-Note Records. However, Pauly won’t be hanging out in Jersey. Instead, he’s taking his show on the road to his home state of Rhode Island.
