Dave Chappelle Sex Scandal Update
Last week, CelebGossip.com was provided information from an anonymous tipster regarding Dave Chappelle and Alisha Lange. It has been determined that this information came directly from Dave Chappelle’s estranged brother William Chappelle.
In addition to William Chappelle’s statements, CelebGossip.com received information from other sources regarding the alleged affair, some of which are on the record.
We were also provided with screen shots from a “stolen” sex tape purported to be of Dave Chappelle and a woman from his brother William Chappelle.
CelebGossip.com will not, however, release these images because they cannot be conclusively identified as authentic and we cannot definitely determine that the screen shot is of Dave Chappelle.
Alisha Lange contends that she wants nothing to do with neither this story nor William Chappelle.
We would like to note that the first statement provided to CelebGossip.com by Dave’s brother William Chappelle on behalf of the Chappelle family was not in fact an official statement from the Chappelle family.
“We neither confirm, nor deny, any of the allegations regarding David Chappelle and Alisha Lange, at this time. Thank you for your concern and continued support and love.” (Not official statement)
Additionally the second statement provided to us from William Chappelle, which was represented as Dave’s official statement regarding the story, was not in fact Dave Chappelle’s official statement either.
“Sorry I’m not Bill Cosby.” (Not official statement)
We have been informed that William Chappelle is not authorized to speak on behalf of Dave regarding any business or personal matters. We do have an official statement from Dave Chappelle provided to us by his publicist Carla Sims.
Dave Chappelle’s Official Statement:
Dave is saddened by the totally fabricated accusations made by his estranged brother, William “Abdulla” “Sedar” Chappelle. William Chappelle does not represent Dave Chappelle personally or professionaly; he does not conduct business on Dave’s behalf; nor is he an official spokesperson.
Perhaps William Chappelle and Alisha Lange have carefully orchestrated this web of lies to increase their Facebook and Twitter followers. Whatever the case, Dave doesn’t think it’s funny.
We thank you for enjoying our site and we will continue to report on the best entertainment gossip 365 days a year.
