Britney Spears Getting Engaged Tonight?
Is Jason Trawick going to pop the question to Britney Spears tonight? Rumor is that the answer is YES! TMZ reports multiple sources close to Brit-Brit and Jason have confirmed a marriage proposal is planned for tonight in Las Vegas!
TMZ says the proposal won’t be a surprise for Britney, as the two have been talking about it for some time. As Britney is still under conservatorship, a jugde will still have to sign off on a wedding, but it’s pretty much a given this will be approved!
Jason supposedly even asked Brit’s dad, Jamie, for his daughter’s hand in marriage (aww). And, as for keeping things logical – there will be a pre-nup.
If this is true, congrats to Brit and Jason. I like them together, and I think he’s fantastic for her. The timing of the proposal and wedding planning would coincide with Britney’s announcement this week that she is planning on taking time off in 2012. Good for her! She’s worked hard this year (and put out an amazing album). She deserves a little family time!
