So, when people are rumored to be bumping uglies while one is married, then said married person splits from spouse shortly after those rumors begin, it’s not looking good, right? And then when the rumored affair partner and married person confirm being in a relationship, it’s definitely a suspicous circumstance.
Even if it the relationship happens 18-months after the married person separates from his wife.
But such is the case of Sam Mendes and Rebecca Hall, who have just confirmed to the UK’s The Daily Mail that they are indeed together.
When Mendes and Kate Winslett decided to divorce after 7 years of marriage, Rebecca Hall popped up as one of the reasons for the surprising split. However, they vehemently denied this was the case.
The two initially met in 2006, when Mendes was the executive producer on the Hall/James McAvoy flick Starter for Ten. Mendes then cast Hall in two of his plays.
Now, of course Hall and Mendes say things were innocent between them up until recently, but once again..if it looks like a duck…
