Daniel Baldwin Divorce is Back On
Daniel Baldwin filed for divorce from his wife, Joanne, a couple months ago because he was scared for his life and sick of her addictions. Baldwin then decided that he he didn’t mind the addiction and he enjoyed dodging the knife because he recanted his divorce filing in August.
Well now Joanne has decided that she wants the divorce. Fickle people.
Joanne has filed for divorce claiming irreconcilable differences and she has also outlined a very specific financial plan. Joanne wants $4,000 a month for child support for the couple’s two kids and she was half of Daniel’s earnings (not sure if that’s his earnings thus far or future earnings as well), which includes the $100k he’s supposed to make in Australia soon. Joanne also wants Daniel to take out a life insurance policy in the amount of $1,000,000 for his kids’ benefit.
Oh yeah and Joanne wants sole custody of the kids.
Pretty demanding lady. Well as we all know from reading the headlines on celeb divorces, Joanne can demand all she wants right now but this process is going to take a long time and at the end of the day the attorneys will figure it out.
